Profits generated from projects, rental income, business operations, or asset appreciation will be distributed among participants according to their contribution ratio after deducting applicable operational and management charges.

5. Management Commission

Vijay Bharti Construction retains a 10% management commission from the total generated profit for project management, operational expenses, research, administration, and maintenance services.

6. Project Management

The company is responsible for project research, acquisition, management, operational handling, and profit distribution. All major decisions regarding project execution and management shall remain under the authority of Vijay Bharti Construction.

7. Participant Responsibility

Participants are advised to understand the nature of the project before joining. Participation should be made only after reviewing project details, associated risks, and expected timelines.

8. Payment & Documentation

All contributions, transactions, and agreements must be completed through approved payment methods and proper documentation as required by the company.

9. Transparency Policy

Vijay Bharti Construction aims to maintain transparency in project handling, profit distribution, and operational management. Participants may receive updates regarding project progress and growth status.

10. Limitation of Liability

The company shall not be held responsible for delays, market fluctuations, government policy changes, natural events, or any unforeseen circumstances affecting project performance or expected growth.

11. Modification of Terms

Vijay Bharti Construction reserves the right to modify, update, or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
