Operated under the management of Vijay Bharti Construction Private Limited, the project focuses on large-scale procurement, efficient logistics management, wholesale market supply, and structured business expansion within the agricultural trading sector.

The primary business operation involves the direct sourcing of premium-quality garlic from major agricultural mandis and production hubs in Madhya Pradesh, one of India’s leading garlic-producing regions. Through centralized procurement systems and bulk purchasing strategies, the project aims to secure competitive market pricing while maintaining consistent product quality and uninterrupted supply flow throughout the year.

After procurement, the garlic stock is transported through organized logistics channels for grading, sorting, packaging, and rapid distribution into major commercial wholesale markets across Jharkhand, Bihar, West Bengal, Odisha, Chhattisgarh, Assam, and Uttar Pradesh. The operational structure is specifically designed to maintain fast inventory rotation and minimize unnecessary storage risks, allowing the business to focus on continuous trading efficiency and strong monthly turnover generation.

By reducing dependency on multiple regional intermediaries and traditional trading layers, the project is positioned to achieve stronger wholesale margins and more controlled supply chain operations. The business model follows a high-volume B2B distribution approach, supplying wholesalers, distributors, retailers, and commercial buyers through systematic and scalable trading operations.

The project is expected to manage approximately 8 to 12 heavy truckloads of garlic per month, creating an estimated monthly business turnover of around ₹1.20 Crore. With disciplined operational planning, controlled logistics expenses, and optimized procurement systems, the initiative aims to generate stable commercial performance and long-term business sustainability.

The participation structure of the project includes 100 equal business partners, each contributing ₹60,000 as their capital participation amount, creating a total capital pool of ₹60,00,000. The project has been designed with a transparent and structured financial model where every participating member is eligible for profit distribution generated from the wholesale trading operations throughout the 4-year project duration.

An important feature of the initiative is the capital safeguard structure, under which every participating member receives a 100% refund of their original contribution amount upon successful completion of the full 4-year project tenure. Along with the principal refund, members also receive the accumulated profit distribution generated during the operational lifecycle of the business.
